My academic journey at university was focused on the role of fear in leadership’s decision-making processes and its detrimental outcomes for society. This exploration sparked a realization that fear, in its various forms, is an incredibly potent and pervasive emotion that influences every aspect of our lives.

Driven by this revelation, I made it my mission to dedicate my research to understanding the multifaceted role of fear in influencing our happiness and flourishing. In doing so, I employ an interdisciplinary approach, seamlessly weaving insights from psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, politics etc. to gain a comprehensive understanding of this powerful emotion.
